**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dough, roll & twist pretzels
- Keep a close eye on our ovens to ensure each pretzel is baked to golden perfection
- Customize pretzels according to our customers' desires, adding special toppings
- Engage with customers and team members with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Handle transactions at the cash register with finesse and efficiency
- Treat customers to delicious samples
- Perform clean as you go approach while conducting maintenance procedures
