Hi We need help to keep up with life Ideally, you'd be available most weekdays for about 2 - 4 hours - sometime between 8:00am and 10pm - it's pretty flexible for the right person. Weekends are ALSO an option if you wanted. We are a family of 5: My wife and I are self-employed, but work in education - in fact, we are running a small homeschool pod from our living room... Our 3 kids are ages 10,7 & 7... And we usually have 1 other kid with us - and sometimes 2 or 3 extras... Anyway - even before we were doing the homeschool pod our house was getting destroyed faster than we can fix it. Two of our kids have level 1 Autism Diagnoses... so that's another complication - and part of why we are homeschooling. We used to think we could do everything ourselves, but now we know we can't. :) We're in over our heads. So we need your help Notably, this is NOT really a regular "cleaner" job that just involves scrubbing surfaces and deep cleaning once every few weeks after things are already generally tidy... We need someone who's okay with coming into a house of mess and putting things right... helpful us stay organized and calm... Regular stuff includes tidying the home office, the backyard studio space, as well as the standard house things: - laundry, - dishes, - tidying, - cleaning, We ALSO know ANOTHER person (in Dundas) who is looking for general help - cleaning, backyard, seasonal changeover stuff, etc. She might have an additional 6-8 hours per week if you were looking for more hours. (But that's totally optional.. only if it works for you.. our main goal is to find someone for US...) I put that the wage starts at $22/hr, but that's negotiable for the right person. What type of person are you? Hopefully... - friendly (you're in our house) - dependable (we struggle if you don't show up), - non-judgemental (you're getting an up-close look at our family...) - precise (you're not just shoving things aside.. you're organizing as you go) - and proactive - we'd love for you to spot what needs to be done and help make that happen. - Plus, hopefully you like putting things in order and knowing that you're helping an awesome family (at least, we think so) raise great kids and host a great little community school and make a difference in the world. It DEFINATELY takes a village, and we're hoping you'd want to be part of our village We'd love to have you start August 15 if possible...
