**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage cash handling processes efficiently, including processing payments through POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or catered events.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is beneficial but not mandatory.
