Our Hamilton, ON location is currently recruiting for a Customer Representative. Our Customer Representatives act as a liaison between our customers and our technicians. Customer Representatives work directly with our customers and provide them with high quality service.
- Wage rate based on experience._

Description of Duties/Expectations:

- Welcome all customers
- Identify new walk-in customers and ask if they require any additional assistance
- Gain a complete understanding of each customer’s vehicle needs to relay to technicians and/or Service Advisors
- Keep shop Manager informed of any problems regarding shop or customer related matters
- Handle any/all complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner
- Arrange appointments
- Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Experience in a sales or customer service role involving automotive service, tires, parts and accessories (_an asset_)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Experience in the tire and automotive service industry (_an asset_)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities professionally and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and aptitude to operate independently and unsupervised
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Previous administrative experience (_an asset_)
- Valid driver’s license
