We are looking for a Bilingual Vendor Relations Manager (Spanish/English) to join our team in Toronto As a Vendor Relations Manager you are responsible for partnering with our Marketplace vendors to expand reward exposure, drive incremental revenue, and deliver the best redemption experience for our members. You will play a key role in supporting the selection and optimization of locally relevant rewards in our catalog, monitoring vendor performance, and improving upon price targets for assigned vendor accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with your vendors on a recurring basis to strengthen partnership, discuss initiatives such as efficiency improvement opportunities, escalations, performance, growth opportunities, platform changes or promotion opportunities.
- Leverage data and reporting to create vendor reviews to track against performance goals and KPIs, analyze data to identify opportunities for margin improvements, and optimize product pricing and margin via negotiation dialogues.
- Navigate global vendor product portfolios and identify products and/or category expansion opportunities that will support an expansive and refined catalog selection and contribute to revenue and margin targets. Partner with the Merchandising team to implement and execute strategy.
- Partner closely with Fulfillment team to support vendor order escalations or volume spikes, identify opportunities to increase vendor efficiencies and execute in partnership.
- Effectively communicate customer-impacting vendor issues that may disrupt SLA’s by promptly notifying appropriate stakeholders through internal communication channels. Serve as the first point of contact for all on-going communications related to the vendor issue.
- Partner with Promotions Manager to facilitate promotional sales and campaigns with vendor partners and secure marketing fund opportunities.
- Identify strategic vendor expansion opportunities and collaborate with Vendor Partnerships team to deliver.
- Collaborate with the Business Process and Documentation Manager on managing Vendor Relations resources and documentation, focusing on improving areas that require new documentation or greater depth, detail, and/or updating.
- Develop and maintain in-depth global vendor portfolio knowledge. Support all assigned internal vendor relations inquiries and assist in RFP’s focused on Marketplace offerings.
- Support the ongoing CSR&DEI initiatives as it relates to our Marketplace pillar.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate across cross-departmental stakeholders to manage needs and ensure alignment.
- With the Finance team to resolve vendor payment or financial inquiries, and support tracking vendor commissions and rebates.
- With Customer Care and Reward Support to resolve vendor-centric inquiries received.
- With Legal on updating, revising, and/or supporting the creation of vendor contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 + years of Vendor Management/eCommerce experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with tracking vendor performance success against KPIs
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a global mindset
- Ability to effectively negotiate with key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and develop insights from large data sets
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce an asset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
