**Schedule Details**: Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 5:00 pm)
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Prior experience in customer service and sales roles
- Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, cleaning driving record, and transportation to work
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand automotive repair processes is considered an asset but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
**Duties**:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and direct them appropriately.
- Record customer details (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and damage) for service appointments.
- Organize and manage the flow of service work, ensuring timely and quality repairs.
- Schedule work based on technician skills and dealership policies, ensuring maximum productivity.
- Monitor repair orders, ensuring all necessary documentation, time logs, and estimates are accurate.
- Communicate with customers about job status, changes in time or cost estimates, and maintenance needs.
- Prepare estimates, review technician work, and close repair orders.
- Coordinate parts and special orders with the parts department and customer.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, a clean work environment, and professional appearance.
- Process customer payments, issue receipts, and handle customer complaints.
- Schedule appointments, provide service recommendations, and perform vehicle inspections.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, discuss repairs with customers, and obtain approvals.
- Monitor repair progress, communicate delays or changes to customers, and manage vehicle storage and security.
