We serve the 19+ community to inform, educate, and elevate modern and traditional cannabis users through our products and services, retail locations, online website, and excellent customer service.

Our Mission is to deliver premium, Canadian-made cannabis accessories and products that support recreational and wellness consumers in optimizing their elevated cannabis experience and lifestyle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Report to the Store Manager/Assistant Managers/Shift Managers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and greet customers in a friendly professional manner
- Responsible for preparing and processing POS transactions (cash handlng, debit/credit, receipts)
- Budtenders should have extensive knowledge on all products available in-store and about the industry in general
- Budtenders should understand how the rules of recreational cannabis differs from the rules of medical cannabis and what are the general guidelines between the two sub sectors of the industry
- Resolve customer complaints and guide them to appropriate solution
- Comply with all AGCO guidelines
- Complete ID checks on all customers without exception
- Maintain adequate stock and accurate inventory counts
- Cultivate long term-customer relationships by providing superior customer service
- Assist in tidiness and cleanliness of store
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience and product variation

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a Basic Criminal Background Check
- Must have completed CannSell(SLGA) certification prior to the start date
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License an asset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- In-depth knowledge of products, accessories and consumption methods
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including holidays and weekends)
