**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages.
- Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
- Uphold high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food handling are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
