**Landscape Maintenance Technician - Landscaping Maintenance**

**Position to start ASAP weather permitting.**

The applicant_ **must**_possess:

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Minimum Full Class 5 license automatic or manual transmission
- Ability to pull a flat deck (25ft) trailer or closed-in trailer with automatic truck including backing up.
- Ability to work independently and keep maintenance logs
- Own transportation to our shop
- Class 3 license is an asset

Duties include (but not limited to): all physical activities relating to landscape maintenance: mowing, rolling, topdressing, weeding, watering. Managing your list of locations and keeping a maintenance schedule and log.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Expected hours: 50 - 55 per week
