**Job Description**:
**WHAT’S THE JOB?**
Our Tim Horton's team at Guelph General Hospital is looking for a food service associate.

As an **FSA **you will delight our clients by preparing and serving goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.

**Your work will include**:

- Preparation of food ingredients (as per recipe) or beverage items for various stations at the unit utilizing various methods of preparation
- Adhere to all required health and safety regulations and procedures while preparing food including:

- Using proper techniques when using the tools, supplies, and equipment provided
- Wearing and correctly using proper personal protective equipment (i.e. non-slip shoes, cut-resistant gloves)
- Monitoring equipment and notifying appropriate parties of malfunctioning or in need of repair equipment
- Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food
- Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing equipment and over-all work areas

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Food Safety
- Minimum 1 year baking experience in a similar environment
- Excellent Customer Service
- Teamwork orientated.
