Site Supervisor - (Residential Builder Training)

We are a residential construction company based in Richmond. Our main business is building residential custom homes / duplex / town house, doing major residential and commercial renovations. We have job sites across the lower mainland and are looking to hire a construction site supervisor.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Project Manager for the job site daily work process and scheduling
- Arranging city, engineer and home warranty inspection and follow up scope of work and objectives
- Arranging sub-contractors estimating
- Reporting change orders, client direction and work alternations
- Coordination and comminution among sub-contractors and clients
- Writing daily job site reports and taking progress photographs
- Managing direct labor for on-site miscellaneous works

**Requirements**:

- BCIT Construction management / Building Science / Architectural and Building Technology diploma holder or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Emergency First Aid (OFA Level 1) holder
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Knowledgeable in residential home construction procedures (wood frame structures)
- Willing to do handy works on site
- Must be able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English ( **required**)
- Must have class 5 driver’s license and own a vehicle ( **for travel between job sites)**

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
