Graphics/sales Assistant with Path to Sales Representative

We are a fast-paced, customer service-oriented company seeking a **full-time Graphics/Sales Assistant** to cover a maternity leave position, with the **potential for a long-term career opportunity**.

This role begins as a maternity leave coverage, focusing on graphics and sales support. Once the maternity leave concludes, there is an opportunity to **transition into a Sales Representative role**, specializing in building relationships with local carpet dealers and interior designers.

**Key Responsibilities (initial role)**:

- Prepare digital layouts and quotes for custom-designed area rugs and logo’d entry mats
- Provide excellent customer service, including phone support when reception is busy
- Collaborate productively with other team members
- Support general office tasks as needed

**Future Opportunity (potential pivot)**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local carpet dealers and interior designers
- Represent our products and services to new and existing clients
- Contribute to sales growth and business development initiatives

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
