- We are looking for a full time Bar Manager to complete our team. _
- You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a wonderful experience and our staff are equipped with what they need for success in their duties. _
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- _Schedule staff for the roles required with steady business and changing staffing needs._
- _Train and monitor staff abilities and make changes as needed._
- _Assist customers and staff in difficult situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner. _
- _Ensure guests are having an enjoyable experience._
- _Ensure employees receive the support and training as needed._
- _Maintain a positive atmosphere._
- In addition to _**Server Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- _Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner._
- _Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette._
- _Take guest beverage or food orders and input them in the point-of-sale system in a timely manner._
- _Ensure all client allergy and preferences are understood and conveyed to the kitchen appropriately. (Ensure emphasis of allergy is understood, confirmed and repeated by the kitchen staff.)_
- _Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, provincial, local and company laws and regulations._
- _Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers._
- _Ensure serving and bar stations are well-stocked at all times._
- _Clear tables and prepare for service by polishing cutlery, glassware and crockery etc._
- _Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by supervisors or managers._
- **Requirements**:_
- _Previous supervisory or managerial roles._
- _Previous serving and/or bartending experience._
- _18 years or older with a valid ProServe._
- _Positive, outgoing and friendly personality._
