As a Resident Support Team Member, you will be the linchpin in our commitment to offering unparalleled service to our residents and their families. This multifaceted role combines the responsibilities of a concierge, server and housekeeper, offering a dynamic work experience where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve the needs of our Residents by:

- Providing exceptional dining service with a smile
- Preparing, presenting and serving food in accordance with Aspira standards
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment

Conduct housekeeping services by:

- Ensuring a clean and healthy living environment through regular cleaning tasks
- Managing supplies and maintain clean carts

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Empathy and understanding for unique needs of seniors
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and challenges
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Smart Serve Certificate

**Shift: 730am-730pm**

**Main responsibilities: Housekeeping and some serving**

Full Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
