To join our team you **MUST HAVE 2 MILLION DOLLARS IN LIABILITY INSURANCE ON THEIR VEHICLE**. **Position: Health Care Aide**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and grooming
- Provide support with mobility and transfer assistance; client is a falls risk and uses a walker
- Offer companionship and engage in friendly conversations to enhance the client's well-being
- Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs
- Light housekeeping
- Ensure the overall comfort and safety of the client during your visits
- **Be able to drive clients in your vehicle for outings/appointments. For this, you MUST have 2 million dollars in liability on your vehicle insurance.**

**Requirements**:

- Health Care Aide certification
- Previous experience working with seniors, especially those with dementia
- Flexible availability
- Weekend availability
- Own a vehicle for transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
