**About Us**:
Taeron Systems is a growing aerospace company specializing in R&D, design, engineering, and manufacturing of aviation equipment primarily in the helicopter industry. We are a small, close-knit team of aerospace enthusiasts and have built our reputation on rapidly innovating to provide our customers with new technologies and innovative products.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**
- **Urethane Casting Parts and Lines**:Execute urethane casting processes for the production of parts and lines. Ensure precision and adherence to quality standards during casting operations.
- **Building Net Kits**:Assemble net kits according to procedures. Generate production paperwork for outside vendors.
- **Assembly and Testing of Parts**:Perform assembly of various components and conduct functional testing. Identify and address any issues during the inspection and testing processes.
- **Shipping and Packaging**:Prepare products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Coordinate with shipping partners to facilitate on-time deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods using our inventory management system. Conduct regular inventory reviews to reconcile discrepancies.
- **Receive and Warehousing**:Receive incoming parts and materials. Conduct inspections on received parts to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain inventory management system to track materials and products.
- **General**:Operate company vehicle for picking up and dropping off materials and products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in manufacturing and assembly.
- Familiarity with the use of small tools.
- Experience following quality control procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and explore additional responsibilities based on interests.

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
