Our Art team is made up of creative professionals who thrive on creative collaboration and art exploration. Our expertise is unparalleled in the industry of framing and design. We are seeking an Art Project Coordinator/Curator to join our creative team. The person in this role will work with our Art Consulting Team primarily servicing design trade projects and assist in providing stunning collections of fine art for hospitality and design trade projects. **Primary Responsibilities**: - Work as an integral part of the team to identify project needs and manage deliverables from internal departments to support the Art Director in overall objectives. - Research new Artists online and across various platforms to recruit new talent. - Assist in curating New & Modern collections of artworks for company clients and business channels. - Entering artwork specs and pricing into our forms and spreadsheets. - Work with internal departments to guide quote requests, art package development, samples from start to finish. - Assisting in selection of frame and substrate options based on the client's art direction, budget and overall design aesthetic. - Creative problem solving to manage and resolve issues as they arise. - Solid knowledge of color theory. - Strong sense of Modern Art and Trending Styles in Home Interiors. - Confidence to Curate collections of Modern Art based on style and themes relevant to Interior Design Trade today. - Color Forecasting and Design Trends research that can be incorporated within Art collections. **Skills and Experience**: - College degree strongly preferred. - Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop & Illustrator. - Illustrative and Art Designs background is an asset. - Extremely organized, a self-starter, great attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks. - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple parties - Ability to stay calm and keep a positive attitude in high-pressure situations - An interest in and skilled eye for art and interior design - Experience with Fine Art Framing and/or Art Gallery experience. - Position is on-site.
