Retail Operations supports North America stores with programming, tools, communication, and strategies to operate productive stores to maximize guest and educator experience and drive business results. In Store Experience is responsible for the operations behind a best-in-class guest experience, including store guest experience model, retail scheduling, and driving retail performance through initiatives.
**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
The Program Manager, High Volume Retail leads cross-functional operational strategy and coordinated program delivery for our largest, most influential stores in North America. This role unlocks same-store growth by driving guest experience execution, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Deliver functional strategies, tactics, and tools for guest experience and people experience
- Manage continuous improvement, simplification, and streamlining of store operations for high volume stores
- Enable cross-functional strategies to drive productivity in high volume retail, inclusive of product operations, people and staffing tactics, and technology solutions
- Develop and execute test & learn and pilot programs to evolve high volume operations
- Deliver insights based on in-store KPIs and behavior and deliver coaching, feedback, and programming to solve operational and performance gaps
- Creates and fosters deep collaboration between in-store experience and retail leadership
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business operations or related field or equivalent experience in similar field/industry
- Project Management certification or equivalent experience (Agile preferred)
- 5+ years leading teams in retail or related field
- Proven experience delivering complex, collaborative projects with many stakeholders
- Experience leading remotely / multi-unit management across geography
