We are looking for a strategic and experienced CRM Manager to be responsible for the entire CRM program. The role is fully remote; however, you will be required to work in the Canadian/US time zone.
**Responsibilities: **
- Develop and implement CRM marketing techniques that will retain existing customers and increase loyalty
- Plan and manage multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns that deliver the right message, through the right channel at the right time
- Suggest new methods to address and improve customers’ needs throughout their lifecycles
- Develop, execute and optimize customer journeys from registration to conversion/retention/reactivation
- Create weekly and monthly A/B tests to test and identify best practices that will generate revenue and activity, and reduce churn
- Oversee and organize the CRM calendar, including segmentation, strategy, planning, and reporting
- Analyze and optimize segments based on customer’s’ attitudes, behaviours, data and performance to improve conversion/retention, reduce churn and identify best practices for future campaigns
- Create, monitor, and implement segmented automated journeys, for all life stages
- Manage the cross sell with other channels and verticals to maximize customer value
- Analyze and review KPI´s and support implementing CRM best practices and procedures
- Coordinate a team of CRM associates/coordinators
**Requirements: **
- 2-3 years of experience in a CRM role, experience within the iGaming industry a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to delegate, negotiate, listen, and work in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Canadian markets (Sportsbook and Casino) and different territories
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience leading and managing direct reports to meet individual, team and organizational goals
- French language would be considered a bonus
- Adaptability and flexibility, self-accountability, ‘’can-do’’ attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic and evolving environment
