Plastic Extrusion Salesperson

**Job Overview**:As a Plastic Extrusion Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by selling our own unique custom manufacturing services to new and existing clients. You will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities for our services, negotiating contracts, and developing long-term relationships with customers in a variety of industries.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Identify and prospect new clients in industries such as construction, doors, windows, industrial, agriculture, and consumer goods & components.
- Develop a deep understanding of our plastic extrusion processes, materials, and machinery to provide tailored solutions for customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of the services we can provide our clientele.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate quotes and proposals for extrusion solutions based on customer needs.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure that customer/client requirements are met efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing products.
- Previous experience in plastic extrusion or related fields (required).
- Basic understanding of plastic extrusion processes and materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical products to clients in a clear and compelling way.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
