**Key Responsibilities**:

- Must be capable and willing to travel between Perth and Carleton Place (shifts will be scheduled in Perth and Carleton Place)
- Basic cannabis knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Assisting in training of new employees
- Taking proper inventory
- Supervising staff to ensure maximum productivity
- Keep current on product availability and details related to terpene profiles, THC/CBD content etc.
- Make informed suggestions regarding consumption methods
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong listening skills
- Cultivate long term-customer relationships by providing superior customer service
- Help maintain cleanliness of work environment
- Recognize signs of impairment and/or abuse and immediately report this information to supervisor
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
- Ability to lift boxes 5-30lbs

**Experience/Background**:

- 19+
- Cannsell Certification
- Police background check
- Any additional education related to cannabis
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge of cannabis industry, past and present
- Attention to detail

**Pay Scale**:
Starting at $17.00/hr

**Hours: Thursday-Monday - up to 40 hrs/week**

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
