**THE ROLE**:
Whether our clients are looking to identify whitespace opportunities and launch a breakthrough product or service, develop an end-to-end digital experience ecosystem, or dive deeply into the evolution of an existing product or service, the Strategy Team collaborates with multi-disciplinary partners to deliver thoughtful outcomes and tangible outputs that achieve client objectives and drive both human and business impact. Our team consists of highly experienced, business and digital experience strategists, researchers, product specialists, and communication designers...and potentially you too

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- ** Be responsible and accountable for strategic client deliverables**:

- Manage multiple client engagements end-to-end and/or accounts with limited oversight, helping to guide the deliverables and mitigate risks/issues whenever they arise.
- Support client business growth by providing senior-level consulting, and identifying and recommending new opportunities.
- With limited support, create compelling presentations that bring insights to life, and facilitate workshops to engage and inspire clients and stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members as they execute work across client projects.
- **
Support business development efforts**:

- Help to grow existing accounts by proactively generating net new opportunities.
- With guidance, support business development pitches and strategy estimates helping to define scopes of work.
- **
Grow the strategy team and practice**:

- Self-direct your own learning and development, remain curious as you seek to learn about disruptive industries and stay updated on industry trends
- Leverage your experience to coach and mentor more junior team members and contribute to the Strategy Team’s evolving practice methodology.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- 6+ years of experience in a strategy / digital experience design role.
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting or agency company, in a people management role.
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in related field is an asset.
- Strong experience in digital and customer experience strategy.
- Strong experience in research (primary and secondary) as well as workshop design and facilitation.
- Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients.
- Excellent data analysis and research skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The resilience to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative spirit; team player.
- Initiative; able to juggle multiple projects at once.
