**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish.
- Operate cameras and other equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software, ensuring a cohesive narrative flow.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects, to enhance video quality with graphics, sound, and effects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and editing.
- Assist in the organization of video assets and maintain an efficient workflow for project management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives through visuals.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics in video editing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly within the team.
