**Type**: Full-time | Flexible / Rotational shifts including weekends

We're looking for a skilled and dependable **Maintenance Technician** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facility and production equipment. If you have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in your work—we'd love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of all production and facility equipment
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issues
- Report equipment deficiencies immediately and keep accurate maintenance logs
- Support the company's Continuous Improvement Program
- Prioritize work orders in coordination with the Production Supervisor to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols in line with Treasure Mills' safety program
- Exhibit positive, team-oriented behaviours and contribute to a collaborative workplace
- Consider long-term sustainability and support initiatives to reduce, reuse, and recycle
- Keep current on all workplace health and safety matters relevant to your role

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience working with flow wrappers, robots, conveyors, and** high-speed packaging equipment**
- Mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills required
- Familiarity with PLCs and electronic controls is an asset
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices preferred
- SAP and SQR knowledge are considered assets
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to complete accurate shift reports
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Flexible with shift times; weekend work is required

**Schedule**:
Shifts are 4-5 days per week and range from 8 to 12 hours in length.
