**Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage in inside sales activities to promote and sell paint and related products.
- Utilize basic math skills for handling transactions, managing inventory, and mixing paint as needed.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer purchases.
- Conduct retail sales activities and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.

**Skills**
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong ability to sell products and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong market awareness, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
