Tough Painting is a high-end residential painting company based in Calgary, Alberta, known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. We are growing and looking to partner with reliable, experienced painting subcontractors to help meet our demand.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Professional painting crews or independent subcontractors
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior/exterior residential or commercial painting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Must have own tools, vehicle, and equipment
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow job specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Requirements**:

- Valid Liability Insurance (minimum $2M)
- WCB coverage or active account
- Business license (preferred)
- Ability to pass background check
- Fluent in English
