Montréal, Canada Pableen Pet Boutique Full time

We are looking for part-time and full-time sales associates who will be responsible for ensuring customers’ needs are met by providing top notch customer service, sharing information on pet products and performing point-of-sale transactions. Approximately 20 hours per week to start.

Minimum Requirements:

- You are genuinely interested in the health, happiness and well-being of pets.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
- This role works in a dynamic, fast-paced retail store setting. Requires movement of large muscle groups (bending, twisting, lifting) to perform the duties of the role.
- Organized, conscientious and responsible;
- Punctual;
- Bilingual (French/English);
- Retail experience;
- A desire to learn about a wide range of pet products;
- Great communication & customer service skills;
- The ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs at one time;
- Focuses on customer’s needs;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing information to customers in a friendly and professional manner;
- Assisting team in inventory stocking and merchandising;
- Service excellence;
- Assisting customers on the sales floor, on the telephone, as well as at the registers;
- Seeking to learn and grow through personal learning and development opportunities;
- Following store schedule and ensuring managers are aware of potential schedule changes;
- Following our Vision and Mission Statement;
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store;
- Inventory handling, disposition and management;
- Working the POS system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Customers and associates are required to sanitize at the entrance and exit.

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
