KWE is currently looking for a International Warehouse Operations Coordinator I who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. **REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
- Ability to write correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Dangerous Goods, Forklift/Raymond Reach, ISO Training, WHIMIS, First Aid.

**DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- Sign off on received cargo noting and discrepancies.
- Creates labels for outgoing shipments, as well as waybills & Bills of Lading, arrange for pick-up.
- After check in move cargo to air export hold section always ensure that only ACR staff have access to air export area all other personnel must be accompanied by ACR staff during their time in the area.
- Verify the awb and label match prior to loading on truck for transfer to airline warehouse.
- Provide driver with final awb package and ensure driver is present while loading is being done to verify pcs count.
- Assist the division/department manager in the effective maintenance of the companies ISO Policies. Participate in meetings and overall objectives for the terminal.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Provide back-up support within department during busy periods, vacations and unexpected employee absences.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide flexible full support on after-hour calls and assist employees when necessary.
- General labor - loading/unloading containers by hand or pump trucks.
- Ensure proper palletizing and stretch wrapping to secure cargo as required.
