Aeroex Technologies is a leading manufacturer of innovative industrial air purification equipment, proudly designed and built in Canada. We specialize in engineered mist collectors and filtration systems that deliver clean air with mínimal maintenance. With continued growth across North America and expanding production in Barrie, we are looking to add a dedicated Assembly Associate to our team.

**Position**: Assembly Associate
**Location**: Barrie, Ontario
**Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble mechanical and electrical components for industrial air filtration systems
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks with attention to quality and detail
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing units for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in mechanical or electrical assembly preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
