The Accounting Analyst will be primarily responsible for stores and corporate entity financial reporting, budgeting and various analysis. This position reports to the Director of Accounting.

**Accounting Analyst, Job Highlights**:
Producing financial statements
Perform monthly journal entries and accruals
Reconciling daily corporate bank accounts
Act as the finance business partner for various corporate cost centers
Assist in the review process of peers’ monthly store financial statements
Assist in analysis and forecasting of quarterly/annual budgets
Prepare monthly financial reports and other ad hoc reports for management
Prepare and provide information for year-end audit
Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts; update fixed asset, and income tax continuities in a timely manner
**Accounting Analyst, Key Qualifications**:
Business or Accounting diploma/degree required
Completed or pursuing an accounting designation is desirable
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Strong computer skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Workday are an asset
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Accuracy working with numbers with close attention to details
Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
