We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue our tradition of exceptional service.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:As a Customer Service Representative at our drycleaners/coin laundry, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they drop off their drycleaning items and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.
- Efficiently tagging and organizing drycleaning orders, accurately recording them into our POS system for seamless processing.
- Assisting customers in navigating the coin laundry experience, providing guidance on machine usage, and offering any necessary change or assistance.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the coin laundry area, ensuring that all machines are clean and fully operational.
- Sweeping and washing floors, wiping down machines, and regularly emptying garbage to maintain a welcoming and hygienic environment.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. We value a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with laundry as needed.
