Responsibilities of the position;
- Receive and route incoming calls;
- Take messages accurately;
- welcome visitors with a smile

assets and qualifications:

- Experience in customer service (an asset);
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset but not required);
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and confident;
- Ability to identify and respond to customer needs;

schedule: Monday to Thursday 35h-40h (evenings and mornings)
