Job Description
- The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for a **Project Coordinator**with large earthworks construction projects experience. Nuna is the largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, earthworks and mine construction contractor in Canada.

**Some Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain business unit project records
- Support the development of monthly/yearly resource and revenue forecasting and budgets and cost reporting.
- Reporting to Project Managers divisional concerns, issues and performance of the project.
- Respond to request for information / assist estimating in preparation of bids.
- Communicate with the customer during project execution.

Job Requirements

**Qualifications**:
**Work Experience**:

- Three year's experience relating to industrial and/or infrastructure construction.
- Industrial construction and/or mining industry experience preferred.
- Heavy Civil project experience required.
- Completed post-secondary degree or diploma in construction-related discipline. *Civil, Mining or Construction Engineering Degree preferred.
- Experience with earthworks and heavy machinery an asset.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A high level of organizational skills.
- Above average computer skills including MS office, Primavera, SharePoint. JD Edwards is an asset.
- Able to work at our remote worksites on a rotational basis.

**Education**:

- Engineering degree (Civil, Mining) or equivalent experience.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements**:

- Excellent computer skills including excel and other Microsoft packages.
- Considerable knowledge of industry-accepted standards, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Knowledge of project execution activities such as planning, project controls, scheduling and costing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
