**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out process. **Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, handling luggage and making room reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software and ensuring IHG Brand standards for recognition and enrollments are key priorities for all members
- Respond to phone calls in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with special requests or concerns from guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions securely.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Shifts will include morning, mid and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Experience working at the front desk in a hotel setting is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software Opera PMS is a benefit
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly and approachable personality that fosters positive guest interactions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
