Hollyburn Family Services is seeking a Director of Counseling Services to join our team and play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission to serve, nurture, honor, and lead. **Hours**: Full-time, 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or doctoral degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the counselling sector.
- Experience in supervising counselling staff.
- Proficiency in JaneApp.
- Professional Liability coverage (minimum $5 million).
- Successful completion of Criminal Record Check.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Clinical Oversight**:

- Lead case management, overseeing intake, client assignments, and referrals.
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, culturally sensitive counselling interventions.
- Provide access to individual and group clinical supervision sessions for staff development.
- Monitor team adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Offer crisis consultation and manage counselling software coordination.
- Maintain a client caseload as necessary.

**2. Program Development**:

- Establish and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Represent the clinic at professional events and engage in relevant associations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate group programs.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new referrals.

**3. Leadership**:

- Provide strategic direction aligned with clinic's mission and values.
- Mentor and support counselling team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Develop and enforce policies and protocols for efficient, ethical service delivery.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of counselling contractors.
- Ensure effective coordination of counselling software for appointments and payments.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, professionalism, and ethical conduct among staff.

**Salary**:$70,000-$90,000 Annually
