Little Wings Day Care Centre Society is seeking a Full-time Early Childhood Educator or Infant Toddler Educator to join our Toddler Program. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

**About us**

Little Wings Daycare Centre Society, founded in November 1991, is a Richmond-based non-profit centre. We have 49 childcare spots and provide childcare services to 52 families. The goal of Little Wings is to provide an integrated continuum of care by offering children a loving, nurturing and educational environment to promote each child’s development.

We are a centre that believes early childhood educators are an integral part of our daycare and each person brings their own uniqueness to our team. We encourage our teachers to collaborate, support and mentor one another as we believe we continue to grow when enriching the lives of children in our care. We believe in creating an environment that accepts ECE’s to use their strengths while enjoying a welcoming atmosphere that allows them to bring their individual talents to our programs.

**Location**

Our childcare facility is near the Vancouver Airport, conveniently located within walking distance to Sea Island Centre SkyTrain station.

**Responsibilities**
- Interact with children to provide quality care and deliver creative age appropriate activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children and families
- Adhere to and ensure all safety and supervision standards are maintained according to licensing regulations
- Collaborate and cooperate with Teachers to establish a strong team environment
- Adhere to the ECEBC Code of Ethics

**Qualifications**
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid Early Childhood Educator Certificate/Qualification
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Benefits**
- Salary will be based on experience and license type; qualified applicants will also receive an additional $4.00 per hour for the Wage Enhancement Initiative

**Hours**
- 37.5 Hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.98-$23.11 per hour
