**Production/Warehouse Manager**

RS Breakers & Controls is an Original Equipment Supplier that provides excellent customer service and customized solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.

**The Position**

The Production/Warehouse Manager will be managing and supporting our Mississauga location. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing staff and running operations at every level of the organization.

**Job Duties**:

- Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, foster teamwork, and resolve conflicts.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, optimize transportation, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Implement ERP and CRM workflows for efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, coordinate replenishment, conduct audits, and optimize stock levels.
- Kitting and BOM Management: Oversee kitting operations, manage bill of materials, and coordinate with production and purchasing teams.
- Work Order Coordination: Generate and prioritize work orders, coordinate with production teams, and monitor progress.
- Scheduling: Coordinate technician schedules and daily tasks for warehouse staff.
- Organize warehouse, create/manage teams, develop operations systems, and ensure health and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership and managerial skills.
- Experience in electrical manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- 2-3+ years of experience.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report creation.
- Computer literacy.
