**Overview**
The Sales Specialist is responsible to attract corporate, association, and incentive business to our resort. This role involves prospecting new clients, attending trade shows and events throughout BC (and potentially across Canada), and exceeding sales targets. This position is eligible for the Sales Incentive Program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
- Build and maintain a strong client base through daily prospecting
- Develop sales campaigns with the Sales & Marketing team
- Attend trade shows, conduct sales presentations, and generate proposals
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, meeting planners, and internal teams
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Assist with conference services planning as needed
- Travel, including evenings and weekends, as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality, conference centers and /or hotel operations is a must
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- This is an in-office position, with travel as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
