- Minimum 5 years of Road Construction and Management Experience.
- Oversee site crews including equipment operators, laborers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure work is being carried out according budget and schedules.
- Implement and enforce Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Versed in Road Construction from the excavation and grading to paving.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Proficient in Site Docs or willing to learn the program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills, while having the ability to have sound judgment and make decisions in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Alberta Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Safety Tickets such as Fall Protection, Ground Disturbance, Rigging and Hoisting, First Aid and H2S. These are an asset and training can be provided should the ticket be necessary to complete work.
- Ability to work long hours with some weekends and overtime.

**Job Type**: Full Time
