Complete Toolbox meetings once per week for each site._
- Attend weekly site meetings all Sites_
- Sites are mainly in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey ideal for someone living in that area will only be asked to visit office in Chilliwack 1-2 month._
- The Site manager is responsible for maintaining all field rules and policies, evaluating performances of field employees, responding to on-call tasks and responsibilities, and generally handling the needs and concerns of all field members and giving support to the employees under their supervision._
- The_ Site Manager_ will work with the installation contractors_ (Carpet, Tile and Wood Installers)_, _scheduling installs_._
- The _Site Manager will _organize and facilitating any _necessary training_ for site readiness._ _In addition, the Site Manager_ will be responsible for monitoring employee performance levels and, where required, tak_e action to correct deficiencies (quality control)._

- High _attention to detail_ is important_
- Ability to function well in a high pressure multi-tasking environment_
- Good technical writing, oral communication, and inter-personal skills to achieve technical objectives_
- Ability to work independently and to deliver accurate documentation _within predetermined deadlines_
- Liaising with the safety department to ensure the work environment is safe for employees_
- Managing the execution of work to achieve budget objectives_
- Must have some flooring or construction background._
