Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present product/service offerings to clients, addressing their specific requirements and demonstrating value propositions effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and sales policies.
- Collaborate with the various departments to ensure awareness of the incentives and promotions being offered.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
- Ability to drive and conduct visits to customers 1 - 2 days a week.
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
- Keep up-to-date records on sales calls and customer contacts in a timely manner in the format requiredQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Previous experience in the food or meat industry is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
