Welcome to MAS Cladding We are a young and dynamic Cladding company specializing in Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) installations with a focus on quality and innovation.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cladding/ACM Installer to join our dynamic team at MAS Cladding. As a Cladding/ACM Installer, your main responsibility will be for the precise and efficient installation of Aluminum Composite Material on various commercial and residential projects.

**Core Functions**:

- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of panels during installation.
- Securely fasten ACM panels using appropriate fixing methods and tools.
- Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute cladding installations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an ACM Installer or in a related cladding installation role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project plans.
- Familiarity with various installation methods and industry best practices.
- Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment required for ACM installation.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Valid BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs.
- Safety-conscious with a track record of adhering to safety guidelines.
- This position requires regular working outdoors.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cladding/ACM: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Lower Mainland, BC (required)
