We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic **Sales Team Leader** to drive growth and inspire our sales team to exceed expectations.
**What You’ll Do**:
As our **Sales Team Leader**, you’ll play a key role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve success. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Team Leadership**: Guide, support, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Strategy Execution**: Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their lawn care needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge of lawn care products and services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
**What We’re Looking For**:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in the lawn care or home services industry is a plus.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive attitude and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Results-Driven Mindset**: A focus on achieving goals and driving growth.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
