We’re looking for an experienced **Journeyman Plumber** to join our network as an **independent contractor** in Edmonton. You’ll represent our company, receive pre-screened plumbing jobs, provide quotes directly to customers, and complete projects to a high professional standard.

If you’re a skilled plumber with strong customer service skills, you’ll enjoy the freedom of flexible scheduling with the steady flow of **paid-per-project work** from our team.

**How It Works**
- We assign you plumbing service requests in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- You assess the project, provide a quote, and set a timeline.
- You complete the work while representing our company.
- You are **paid per completed project** based on your quoted price (no hourly wage).
- Payments are sent weekly via direct deposit for completed jobs.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients.
- Accurately quote labor and material costs before starting work.
- Maintain open and professional communication with customers throughout the job.
- Document work with notes and photos when required.
- Follow all safety codes and industry best practices.
- Maintain your own tools, vehicle, licensing, and insurance.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Plumber certification in Alberta (Red Seal preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Own tools, reliable vehicle, and valid driver’s license.
- General liability insurance (and WCB coverage if applicable).
- Professional presentation and customer service skills.
- Smartphone with internet access for job assignments and communication.

**Compensation**
- **Paid per project** - you quote the total job price, and that’s what you earn.
- Typical projects average **equivalent to $50-$75/hour** depending on the job type, scope, and your efficiency.
