**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and ovens.
- Inspect coated parts for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain equipment and work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for fabrication and assembly tasks as required.

**Experience**
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating processes.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
