**About Us**:
We are a fast-paced and growing construction company specializing in both residential and commercial projects. From site preparation and excavation to final occupancy and deficiencies, we take pride in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated builds. We are currently seeking a **hands-on Project Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator** who is passionate about construction, experienced in the field, and ready to take control of job sites across our service areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations from initial mobilization through to final deficiencies
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction including site prep, excavation, framing, finishing, and occupancy
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the construction schedule
- Actively participate on site, using tools and equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain strong attention to health and safety protocols
- Ensure quality control and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- WHMIS Certificate, First Aid & CPR, Working at Heights (must be current)
- Skilled operator of skid steers, tele-handlers, and other related equipment
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel between job sites in Kawartha Lakes, Durham, Peterborough, and Northumberland
