**Position Overview**

As an **Express Driver** at WheelDrop Logistics, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued clients. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on the road, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to deliver packages to customers across the Moncton region and surrounding areas.
- Plan delivery routes using provided tools to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring items are handled according to company guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Complete required documentation, including delivery confirmations and logs, accurately and on time.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delays, traffic issues, or other obstacles affecting delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

**QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Moncton and the surrounding areas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with GPS navigation and route optimization tools.
- Familiarity with logistics or courier operations.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and professional representation of the company.
