Helping Hands Nanny and Au Pair Services
Helping Hands Nanny and Au Pair Services is currently seeking a passionate, responsible, and qualified part-time nanny to join a private family in Leduc County. If you believe you possess these qualities and are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high quality childcare services in the family’s home.
- Create opportunities for physical activity and educational engagement with the children.
- Lead children in fun activities.
- Provide light household duties and meal prep as agreed upon with the family.
- Prioritize safety and well being of children at all times.
- Assist in driving child to and from school or activities as requested by the family.
- Administer medication or health care as directed by the family.
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Standard Childcare First Aid CPR Level B or First Aid CPR Level C is required.
- Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector check.
- Early Childhood Educator Certificate Level 1, 2 or 3 considered an asset.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback.
- Child-care related references will be requested.
Hours of work: 3 to 4 days per week from 430pm to 630 pm, with opportunities for addition hours as required
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.22-$20.53 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
**Experience**:
- childcare: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid/CPR Certification (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
