Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all facilities are clean
- Greeting guests: checking in-out
- Upkeep of common areas, including showers/laundry/bathrooms
- General campground duties (fire pit site clean up, wood stacking)
- Work with Resort Manager to ensure all facilities are running smoothly
- Landscaping of resort; lawn/weeds/trees trimmed, fallen tree/branch removal (within capability) when needed
- Organize the maintenance team to operate efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the resort
- Water/Septic system operation
- Safe operation of all equipment (tractor, lawn mower, trimmers)
- General handyman work

Qualifications:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
