Performance Haus is a growing company and is currently seeking an experienced Window and Door Installation and Service Manager. Based in Edmonton, AB, duties of the Installation and Service Manager are multi-faceted and include all aspects involved with the installation of windows and doors, including future service and warranty work.

**Ultimately, a successful Installation and Service Manager will ensure quality construction and uphold Performance Haus’ commitment to building healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient homes.** This role will require someone who is interested in high performance building, can work independently, and is professional and personable when interacting with staff, customers and suppliers.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- $65,000 - $79,000 a year
- 100% employer paid comprehensive health, dental and vision plan
- 3 weeks annual paid vacation

- Required training paid for by employer

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the installation of Innotech windows and doors for new builds and renovations.
- Manage all aspects of warranty and service claims for Innotech windows and doors.
- Oversee the work of laborers and provide them guidance and training as required.
- Communicate with the project coordinator regarding scheduling, progress updates and procurement.
- Occasionally load and unload trucks by hand and with forklift and organize the warehouse.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in the construction industry.
- 5+ years experience installing windows and doors.
- Well organized and capable of meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be adaptable to changing work environment and competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience installing European style windows and doors is not required, but is preferred.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$79,000.00 per year
